Jeanie Marie Buss was born in America. Her current position is that as president of the Los Angeles Lakers, the owner of the National Basketball Association. Buss born in California was raised with an affluent background. Jerry Buss, her father, was an entrepreneur in real estate who became owner of Lakers Entertainment and Sports. After her parents divorced in 1972 and she started to feel emotionally abandoned. As she turned 19 old, she joined the family's business as director of the Los Angeles Strings professional tennis team. Then, she established the Los Angeles Blades roller hockey professional team. She was president of the Great Western Forum, before becoming Vice president of the Lakers. Buss inherited the Lakers through her father's estate in the year 2013. Her five siblings inherited it through a family estate trust. She was named president of Los Angeles Lakers. Buss also co-owns Women of Wrestling, a professional wrestling promotion with headquarters in Los Angeles.
